AI Overview

AIReviews repeat that the route takes about three hours and is physically taxing, yet offers many new places and insights. In some areas landmarks have changed or vanished, making things harder to find. At first it’s confusing which app to use, but the game flows after launch. The overall tone is positive and the quest is recommended.
WeaknessesSome old signs and landmarks are gone or redone, which can mislead. Along the route there are spots with trash and even used syringes, especially under bridges. The choice of app and getting started aren’t immediately clear to everyone.
StrengthsAn educational, city-exploring experience that reveals Sillamäe’s hidden corners. Teens are generally satisfied and the story stays focused. A good reason for an active walk.
SecurityAt some points there’s trash and used syringes, especially under bridges, so stay alert. The organizers warn of a long, roughly 3-hour walk.
Level of fearNo horror, more of an atmospheric investigative vibe. Suitable for younger players too, if you account for the walk’s length.
Actors' gameNo actors are mentioned and there’s no live interaction. You interact with the app and the urban environment.
Quality of riddlesTasks are logical and about finding numbers and signs; hints are available. It gets tougher where landmarks have faded over time. Overall fair and of moderate difficulty.
PlotIt’s 1984 and rumors of rising radiation circulate in the city, which the authorities are hiding. You are independent journalists piecing things together and seeking the truth, without spoilers.
Difficulty levelDifficulty is medium to slightly higher: the route is long and physically demanding. Beginners may need 1–2 hints; experienced urban adventurers will do fine.

A very enjoyable urban adventure; the story stayed nicely on track and the route led to places you wouldn’t otherwise visit. Three hours flew by; we used one hint and everything clicked. Recommended for a group that isn’t afraid to put in the steps.

Some landmarks were simply gone: the signs of old companies on the buildings that had been bought were missing, and a new parking lot had swept away a wall and a tree. The passages under the bridges, where there's trash and even used syringes lying around, were not pleasant, although the idea of searching for numbers itself is good. Physically quite demanding, about three hours of walking, but we

I liked the idea, but there was an awful lot of trash under the bridges, and I even saw used syringes. The route could be adjusted a bit. That said, the puzzles themselves were okay.

At first I wasn't sure which app I needed to download, but once I got started everything worked smoothly. Some clues were accurate, others depended on changes in the terrain, but the overall impression is solid. I'd give it 4 stars.

We really enjoyed it! We played for about three hours, and at times it was quite a challenge. We discovered places in Sillamäe we hadn't visited before.

Some old signs are missing and a change to the parking lot was confusing, but we still figured it out. Physically a decent challenge and a pleasant tour in Sillamäe. I recommend bringing water.

Very good walking quest, educational at the same time. Our group of 17–19-year-olds discovered new facts and it was exciting. I recommend it.

The atmosphere is superb: 1984, radiation stories, and investigative journalism. Not scary—rather an exciting journey through the city. It suited our young people perfectly.

At first we couldn’t figure out which app to download, but in the end we got it running. The teenagers were very happy. The weather was great and Sillamäe turned out to be beautiful; it was our first time there. We used one hint.
